Some of you reading this are from Northern Ireland, and others are from outside. Whatever your background it is important to remember that this Province is special. The point was well made recently by the English-based 'Potter's Guide to Higher Education' which stated: 'Northern Ireland is like nowhere else, and if you do come here you will find that the people, the sea, the hills and the history will be with you always.'
