The waterfront area at Cardiff Quay is an excellent addition to the city, featuring regular arts and craft and food festivals, and you can even take a boat trip around the bay if you wish.

Public transport links in the area are good, there are lots of cycle paths as well, and it is easy to get around on foot too. There are good air, road and rail connections too, so it won’t be too hard for your parents or friends to visit you either.
