Any individual who receives income from renting
a property has to declare it to the Inland Revenue. This is regardless of
whether any of that income is actually taxable. In most cases only one or two
properties are involved, and our
standard tax return service will
apply.
Declaring the income gets much more complicated if you have three or more
properties because the tax return has only one page for all rental properties.
In these cases, it is advisable to have full accounts prepared for each
property. We can help.
