Stephen Beech has been awarded 'AFS landlord of the month' because he works tirelessly to ensure all of his student properties are high quality, 'green' homes for students. Stephen's dedication to sustainability has put Beech Properties on the map in the UK and throughout Europe, thanks to its recent award recognition. At this year's Inaugural Energy Innovation Awards, Beech Properties picked up a
commendation for its contribution to reducing carbon emissions in the Consumer Benefit Award.

Stephen is the first UK landlord to have been recognised for offering carbon neutral properties and we hope many more follow his positive example.
