Hardly any problems at all and when there were he was always available to sort them out and did it straight away. One instance was when the hover wasn’t working properly, I called and told him and he said ‘no problem, ill sort it out’ within two days we had a Dyson! He helped us sort out the bills quite a lot too. The only negative thing I can say about him as a landlord is that we were charged 25 pounds each for cleaning the house when we moved out even though we cleaned before we left but that is nothing in comparison to some of the troubles my friends have had with landlords/estate agents. Other than that charge we got our full deposits back. I would definitely recommend Peter as a landlord.

Awesome accommodation with good new condition property provided to us, when you have some problem the landlord attends to them and clears them as soon as possible (eg. boiler problem, plumbing works etc.) Very good security system provided so that you can live a peaceful life. Nice and calm property to live in, with good sound proof environment.

Contact is always easy and efficient and any problems are dealt with quickly. They alwyas make contact before visiting the property, and are always reliable when needing help.
Termly rent is taken which is excellent as you know you will always have the money as your student loan will have just gone in, so there is no need to worry about rent for the rest of the term.
I would like to thank them both for giving me an enjoyable year in their property- I would have certainly have stayed on for another year had I not had to move away due to a placement year in a different city!

I can highly recommend William as a landlord. I was a tenant of his for three years and never had any problems. The property was maintained to a very high standard throughout the tenancy and any issues were dealt with very swiftly. He is friendly and approachable, and was always easy to contact. You would certainly struggle to find a better landlord than William.

I lived a short time in one property of Wendy last year and have to say, I was very happy with my choice. Everything was ok and even when you have some problems your sympathic landlord is still there ready to help you.
If I would come to Nottingham again, I would not consider a lot and ask Wendy for any free rooms. Finally I recommend this landlord and its properties.

I lived in this house over the summer and it has been completely redecorated. There are wooden floors throughout and the rooms are a decent size. It's really close to uni and the tram stop is 30 seconds walk. If I had another year to do at uni I'd have stayed here, i'd definitely recommend it
