We have six in the house, and being everyone's first time living overseas, we were bound to encounter a few problems. But King and his crew have gone the extra mile to make us feel welcome in our home away from home. I remember when he gave us a tour of the house even before it had been refurbished, when he went out of his way to settle paperwork before we moved in, when he drove down in the middle of the night because some numpties had locked themselves out of their rooms (on Christmas, no less), and when he got things fixed within days of asking. I'm not one to sugarcoat, and being a newly refurbished house, we did run into quite a few problems early on. But King and his crew made the difference by responding promptly and taking our feedback into proper consideration. We'd heard of horror stories of our friends' landlords, and we're very happy with the decision we've made to go with King. (Did I mention he hosts a pretty kickass evening at his restaurant for tenants?)

Great property with lots of space. All bills included so bonus. TV and internet access in all rooms which are very spacious. Landlord is excellent, if there are any problems or something breaks down it is fixed immediately. I would recommend this landlord to anyone.

I have lived in a property belonging to Nk Properties with three others since September 2011, and we have found the experience to be an excellent one and have already signed the contract to remain in the same property for a second academic year. The property was fully renovated and refurbished to a very reasonable standard when we moved in and we have encountered very few problems. Naz is a thoughtful landlord, who has been both responsive and willing to do all he can as soon as he is able, within his busy schedule, to fix the few problems we have encountered. He is considerate, always being within text contact with us and checking before coming to visit the property for any reason whilst we have been living there. He also keeps us well-informed whilst we are away over holiday periods of anything that may need to be done at the property with regards to general maintenance or visiting. Overall our experience of renting a property from Nk Properties has been very good, both in terms of the standard of the property and its upkeep, and of Naz's dealings with us as the tennants, and we would recommend Naz as a good and reliable Landlord.
