I lived in this house last year and its more than I expected. Not only is the house in a great location but its clean and tidy with new furniture in all rooms.
The landlords are available to fix and ammend things whenever you need them and get things done quickly.
The rent is inclusive of extras such as internet and tv license which helps you control your finances better.
If your looking for a great house with easy to contact landlords then this is for you.
