I am a current tenant in one of the 'happy homes' and that's exactly what it is; it's not a student hole (unlike the countless other houses we viewed before finding this one.We are really enjoying ourselves living a happy 'family' life.
I was just looking at the website and realised there were no testimonials- very wrong! so i am adding one, they are really worth a view if you want a nice home rather than a student hole!

I stayed at one of their properties for two years and had no complaints. The rent was great value for the house we lived in and they were always approachable in response to the any problems we encountered (which were few and far between). These issues were, in turn, always dealt with promptly and with no fuss.
