About Us
Room4ulets is run by me and the houses owned by me. No agents involved. I'm acredited by the National Landlord Association and work at the University in Plymouth. The houses are all grade A, recently refurbished to a high stanfdard. The 'company' has a dedicated Plymouth based maintenance crew who respond to any maintenance issues at the property 24/7 throughout the year. As an ex graduate who suffered their share of poor quality student accommodation and troublesome agents, and someone who now works at the University with students every day and hears their accommodation woes, my mission is to provide top notch, hassle free quality accommodation so that students can enjoy their university experience and focus on their studies. |
