About Us
Yes Lets is a letting agency based in Brighton & Hove which specialises in student lets ranging from studio flats to 8 bed shared houses. We usually require shared agreements but sometimes will accept individual agreements. We do not charge you, the student, any fees. We have over twelve years experience in the lettings field.
All the property we let is considered to be clean and tidy and functional. Approximately 10 properties now have free 3M Internet in each bedroom, and we are looking to increase this number. We will not offer you bad condition property - as we don't take on property like this - so you can rely on our quality control not letting you down!
