About Us
Unique Lets provides furnished accommodation of the highest quality to groups of sharers in Oxford.
We are Unique. As a family-run business we own and manage all our properties - and we look after them well. We don't move new tenants in the day after previous tenants move out. We take time between tenancies to ensure that each property is thoroughly cleaned and to update decorations and furnishings where needed. All furniture and fittings in our properties are of good quality and, should any maintenance issues arise during your tenancy, you will find that we deal with these as quickly as possible.
We are members of the National Landlords Association. We were one of the first local landlords to sign up to Oxford City Council's Landlord Accreditation Scheme which recognises good quality, well-managed accommodation.
