I am a private (ex-student) young landlord with a small selection of 1 bed studio and duplex apartments, 4 and 5 bed properties to rent in Loughborough, all close to the Loughborough University and town with highly competitive rents.
Being a private landlord means I let my houses directly, rather than through a letting agent.
The advantages of letting directly from a private landlord are:
