Hi, many thanks for looking into my website about the houses I have in Loughborough. As a former student at L'boro, I know what a nightmare finding a house can be and finding a decent one can add so much to the great experience you're probably already having!
I have 1 great house available from July 2012. It is accredited by the university and in a great location, 5 minutes walk from the Mech Eng end of campus, so perfect for you engineers or maths students! I renovated it last summer, so it is newly decorated with new carpets/laminate floor throughout. It has all the usual mod cons, including wireless broadband, washing machine, tumble dryer, new oven, new American style fridge/freezer, microwave and a new bathroom (including shower). 3 of the rooms are double rooms and they all have a wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and arm chair. It also has a large back garden and off street parking for 4 cars, AND the rent is only £65/week, all inclusive.
