We lived at his property for two years and had the most comfortable stay ever. Our friends used to be surprised at how beautiful, cosy and well maintained our house was. "The landlord has been absolutely fantastic all year. The house itself is to a very high standard with emphasis on the safety of tenants in an emergency. Of the very few problems we've had this year, Naz has been round to the property within hours and normally within 30 minutes. We had an issue where a key got stuck in the door and Naz came to the property within 10 minutes and arranged for it to be fixed so that we were not vulnerable for very long. Every term he would come into the property and fix little bits like repaint the window sills so that we always had the best condition house. He has been extremely honest, easy to contact and deal with and we look forward to remaining tenants in our house for the following year. I would highly recommend a student house under NK Properties because unlike a lot of student landlords, we all know we can rely on Naz to be fair and deal with issues quickly and effectively."

"After spending one university academic year at one of NK properties houses we have decided to spend our last year of university in the same property. The house is newly refurbished and in excellent condition. This is due to how responsive Naz is over any problem there are in the house. All issues are usually addressed on the same day, or by the next day at the very latest. Therefore we made the easy decision to stay in the same house as a result."

"We arrived at house late at night and he was there to show us into the house. The house was in excellent condition with new furniture. Whenever there were a few small issues like broken light bulb, it was fixed as soon as possible. Since we come from Malaysia, we were unable to view the house in person. Despite this, we were delighted with the house even without viewing it. Overall it was a pleasure booking from Naz. We highly recommend him"

"We have lived in the same property for two years now, and have found Naz to be a great landlord. The property was well maintained and whenever there was any issue he was always round to sort it. He was a very approachable guy who couldn't do enough to make sure you were happy with the house. The house is exceptional and decorated to a very high standard. We'd recommend him to anyone. You wont find many landlords who are as straight-forward to contact and who resolve any problems so quickly."

"I have lived in a property belonging to Nk Properties with three others since September 2011, and we have found the experience to be an excellent one and have already signed the contract to remain in the same property for a second academic year. The property was fully renovated and refurbished to a very reasonable standard when we moved in and we have encountered very few problems. Naz is a thoughtful landlord, who has been both responsive and willing to do all he can as soon as he is able, within his busy schedule, to fix the few problems we have encountered. He is considerate, always being within text contact with us and checking before coming to visit the property for any reason whilst we have been living there. He also keeps us well-informed whilst we are away over holiday periods of anything that may need to be done at the property with regards to general maintenance or visiting. Overall our experience of renting a property from Nk Properties has been very good, both in terms of the standard of the property and its upkeep, and of Naz's dealings with us as the tennants, and we would recommend Naz as a good and reliable Landlord."
