There are NO FEES OR HIDDEN CHARGES and all bills included including Tv License and virgin media 200meg broadband.
I will answer all tenants emails within a max of 12hrs (I need to sleep sometimes) and ensure if there is a problem it is fixed as quick as physically possible. Plus you will have our mobile and landline phone numbers in an emergency. Current students are willing to confirm that we address all issues as soon as possible even if it means coming out late at night.

Now the important bit we now have 3 rooms available for Sept 18. The rooms are large 3 double approx 30m≤, not like these new student blocks that are expensive tiny 10m≤ sterile soulless room with no features when you can move into a nice airy room.
The house is a non-smoking house, extremely well maintained house that needs to be seen to realize what a warm, cosy and safe house it is on a very quiet street that makes it a home from home.
5-10 min walk to Uni (easy to return to if you have a split lectures), Mutley, City Centre, train station and Central Park.
Bathroom with recently installed powerful thermostatic shower and toilet, 2nd shower in separate shower room, separate toilet. Large recently refurbished open plan kitchen with everything you would expect from a kitchen. The washing machine and tumble dryer are in separate utility room so no annoying noises in the kitchen. Secluded courtyard.
All deposits are held in the Govt run DPS system.
