Letting agency is well run, Are extremely helpful and Respond to any problem quickly.
The property it self is in a great location, 3 min walk to uni and a cheap shop next door. On-street parking available. Condition of the building was good, with recent repairs and refurbishment to bring overall condition to a very good standard. Great view of the city and sea from upper levels. Great value for money." posted 08/03/11

They were very approachable and helpful, the house was in a brilliant location and any problems were delt with very quickly. The house was well equipped and all bills included which means no worries! We got our deposits back very quickly and with no fuss unlike a lot of friends who rented of other agencies! Hannah says: "I lived at 28 Seaton Avenue for one year. The road is reasonably quiet, with few noisy cars going up and down the road, although there is a lot of parking in the road, and few pedestrians. I felt safe and secure in the house and the neighbourhood. The landlord and lady were great, always being very attentive to our needs and quick to respond to all that we asked of them. The natural light was minimal, but the rooms were all great sizes and the furniture in them all was fine. I was happy with my tenancy there and would recommend the house and any other properties owned by this landlady." posted 07/29/10
Briony says: "This was a lovely house to live in. If there were any problems Bill was prompt to come out and fix them. There were a few concerns over wear and tear but these were resolved or came to light at the end of the tenancy agreement period " posted 07/26/10
Ross M says: "Really good property in a great location in Plymouth. Landlords were excellent, always really quick to resolve any problems. Recommended! " posted 06/22/10
