2nd year computing student seeks friendly and mature (preferably not first years) students to share a 5 bedroom house in St Judes. Approx 6 mins walk to uni, fully furnished, desk, sink, wardrobe etc in each room. Leather sofa's and TV in lounge, separate modern kitchen with dining table. Toilet on each floor and separate shower/bathroom. Property is graded A by the UoP accommodation office and Landlord/lady are lovely and not a letting agency so no "booking fees" etc. Contract is from now until the 30th of June 2011. 3 double rooms available at £270/month and one single room is only £170/month, bargain! Deposit is £300.

I'm about to start my first year studying general primary at marjon and would be greatly interested in the room. I enjoy going out, drinking and dancing, and generally having a good time. I will be fairly new to the city so would like to move in with students who know the area well. If the room is still available please message.
