A nice big spacous house in the Sandyford area of Newcastle really close to Northumbria University depending on which school between a 2 and 5 minute walk. Has a garage over the road where you can buy some groceries which is available 24/7. I need to get rid of my room in this house as I haven't got onto my course and can not afford to live in this house without my student loan. It is a four bedroom house all reasonable sized rooms, big living room and big kitchen including a big fridge/freezer and dishwasher, washing room with washing machine and dryer. It would be to share with 3 really nice girls. It is only a short walk away from the town centre and all the shops. It is far enough away so that you don't get lots of noise on a night time. I loved this house and the girls are all lovely just I can't keep it now that I am not at the university. It is a perfect student house.

hi i would be interested in the house if it is still available. im currently in a flat in heaton but im going to have to move out very soon due to a nasty damp n mould problem!! if u could let me no a bit more about the place that would be great.
