Hello, we are looking for a student housemate for a 4 bedroom house in the centre of Headingley. The house is part of the Rent Inc. Company and the rent per person is £87 p/w ALL INCLUSIVE OF BILLS
The house is very well situated between the train station for students needing to go to Leeds Uni or Leeds Trinity and is in walking distance of Leeds Met. The house is also in great position for sports fans because the Headingley Stadium is just down the bottom of the street only 4 mins walk.
The house is 10-15 mins walk away from the station and the same distance away for the nightlife on Headingly high street with the nearest bars being the Headingly Taps and The Arc which are 10-15 mins away.
The house is fairly spacious with a large living area and 4 decent sized bedrooms. The bathroom is also large as well and there is also a small garden out of the back of the house. The area is also quite nice and there is space for parking cars on the drive.
The house consists so far of 3 guys aged 19 but have no problem with anyone who wants to live with us
