It has two large bedrooms, one en-suite, with a spacious lounge/kitchen and separate bathroom. I prefer to rent the entire apartment to two students who know one and other. The apartment is on the 10th floor with stunning views over the Lace market and within easy walking distance of the main shopping area and restaurants in the center of Nottingham and Nottingham University. There is a parking space for one car. The landlord/letting agent would like to let this property as a whole. Most commonly to be offered on a joint tenancy agreement though some landlords may be able to offer individual tenancy agreements. If the property is for a single dweller an individual tenancy applies.
