We are currently putting the finishing touches to this brand-new student house ready for summer 2024. The whole place will be sparkling and ready for you. We would be happy to show you around now and take any ideas you had for the house on board. The house will be finished by the start of June ready for you to move your stuff in from July. The house offers an optional all-bills inclusive package as well as a fortnightly cleaning service heavily discounted for the communal areas. Feel free to book a viewing in order to decide who wants what room and see the progress of the house so far. Attached are some pictures of a house that we have just finished down the road which is a similar style of how this house will look and feel. We will be putting in double beds in this house. FYI. Although rooms are priced the same we understand if you want to sort out individual room rates amongst yourselves.

The landlord/letting agent would like to let this property as a whole. Most commonly to be offered on a joint tenancy agreement though some landlords may be able to offer individual tenancy agreements. If the property is for a single dweller an individual tenancy applies.
