The 4 large sofas in the living area make it the perfect space to chat to your friends as they cook their food and you watch your favourite film, or to socialise in before heading out. Each of the 11 bedrooms has a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and chair (or built-in furniture). One of the bedrooms is en-suite. There are also 3 additional bathrooms and a separate toilet. There is some on-street parking at the front and rear of the property. Rooms form £95 per week, with all bills included plus communal TV license. No fees and no deposits, with no upfront rent payments.

This property does not require a joint tenancy agreement. This means that the rooms in this property can be let by individual students.
