Pine Wooden floor, chandelier style light fitting, Leather sofa & 2 comfy chairs, this room has a brown theme with brown curtains and a funky detailed. the patio doors lead out to a seating area with a view up the garden.

BATHROOM
A Pine part glazed door off the hall leads into the bathroom comprising of a white bath, toilet and sink with silver taps and shower over the bath.

GROUND FLOOR BEDROOM
The large bay window throws lots of light into the bedroom, this has a pine double bed, wardrobe, drawers a desk and chair and the original fire place with a large feature mantle piece giving extra shelving. This room has an oatmeal coloured carpet.

FIRST FLOOR REAR BEDROOM
Large window gives a lovely view of the rear garden, in this room you have a double bed, wardrobe, shabby chic coloured drawers a desk and chair the room is carpeted and very warm.

FIRST FLOOR MIDDLE BEDROOM
As you enter the room you will notice the floorboards are pine and the room has a shabby chic feel. the large window gives lots of light and a good view of the rear garden, this room as a double bed wardrobe, drawers a desk and chair.

TOP FRONT BEDROOM
As the largest room in the house this is always the most popular room. This room has two street facing windows with a distant view over the roof tops of the Church nearby. the floor is pine and the room is furnished with a large double bed, triple wardrobe, a set of drawers desk and chair you even have room left for a decent shoe collection or even a musical instrument.

FRONT GARDEN
Setting the house back from the path this is an ideal small storage area for the recycling bins.

REAR GARDEN
The garden has a lovely feel to it. We have the grass cut every two weeks during the growing season and the many shrubs are trimmed accordingly depending on time of year and how much they grow. This is an ideal space for your BBQs the bistro table and chairs are there for you to enjoy the fresh air and a cheeky glass of prosecco in the sun.

The current tenants have enjoyed this house for the two final years of their university course and we are sad they are moving on to their next adventure. All our houses are available for our students to stay on and not worry about moving to settle elsewhere.as they complete their degrees. Wherever possible even the rent stays the same and there are no hidden costs to stay.
