Single rooms start from £103 per week. Double rooms start from £195 per week. 44-51 week tenancies available. Rents are inclusive of all utility bills, personal contents insurance, superfast broadband and Wi-Fi. Please note: all pictures are indicative only – all rooms and layouts vary slightly. To book we ask for a non-refundable holding deposit of £100 to allocate you a room which will convert to a damage deposit on commencement of your tenancy.
