Tenancies commence on either 30th August 2010 or 6th September 2010, depending on the student’s course start date for a 43 or 50 week let. The tenant can choose to pay Annually (a 2% discount applies), Termly or by 8 Monthly payments. Please note that Monthly contracts incur a £99 administration charge.
All prices include utilities charges which cover the costs for gas, electricity and broadband.
A Deposit of £250 is due upon booking.
