Student Article - Coping with stress

Uni can be stressful at times and I'm going to give you a few tips for dealing with stress and generally improving mood. No 1 Alcohol is a depressent it may make you chilled out and happy whilst your drinking it but the next day your likely to be hungover and grumpy, That doesnt mean you can't have a drink just dont over do it, drink lots of water after to rehydrate you to lessen the hangover and remember you dont need to drink to have fun, just going out and doing something with freinds can be just as good. Also excersice is a great way to improve mood why not join a sports team or a gym. And lastly make time for yourself and try to eat healthily.
