Griffith University is ranked the joint 16th best university in Australia according to the Times Higher Education rankings. It also ranked 33rd globally in the Young University Rankings.
Employability
Griffith University is highly focused on post-graduation employability for its syudents, with a focus on providing real-life industry experience within the degree teaching. The univserity also has strong links to a wide range of industries and provides the resources and tools for each student to build their own ePortfolio.
Fees
The Maximum Student Contribution amount from 1st January 2022 per EFTSL is A$3,985 for Band 1, A$8,021 for Band 2, A$11,401 for Band 3 and A$14,630 for Band 4. For International Students, tuition fees can range from A$18,520-26,000 per year, depending on the field of study.
Bursaries
With over 600 different scholarships available, Griffith University is committed to financially supporting many students, whether that be fore high academic achievement, First Nations studdents or many other qualifying factors.
Accommodation
For the Gold Coast campus, Griffith University has partnered with Campus Living Villages to create the Griffith Univeristy Village - on campus living with the options of both shared living spaces as well as studio apartments. This accommodation is also a walkable distance to the campus.

Griffith Student Guild are the student-organised group that aim to provide positive, relevant and valued services to support the students of Griffith University and enhanced their university experience, partially done through the 180 different clubs and socieites avaialbe to Griffith University students.
Famous for
Since 2012, Griffith University has recieved more Australian Awards for Univerisity Teaching than any other univeristy in the country.
News
In December 2022, Griffith University annouced a partnership with Zeotech and Cleanaway to discuss the collaborative research program to tackle methane emissions.
