We have been letting properties to Students and professionals for over 21 years as a family business and always try to find ways of improving each year to provide a better service and standard of accommodation. We have been members of Unipol code of standard for the past 20 years (also Unipol Golden Owner status), LCC accreditation scheme, the RLA & Leeds Property Association.
At LS6 Rentals, we are available during normal office hours over the telephone and try to respond to emails the same day - where possible. For out of hours; we respond to messages left on the voicemail as soon as possible for emergencies and the next working day for non emergencies. We respond to all repairs as soon as possible, generally the same day if urgent, and within the week for none urgent repairs. Having gone through the student and letting process ourselves we have experience from the tenant's perspective and offer help & support when required.
We do not charge signing fees and the tenancy deposits are secured with TDS scheme through Unipol.
In recent years we have won awards through: Leeds University Student Union Landlord Awards 2012 for 'Best House' (Winner) & 2013 'Most socially responsible' (Finalist), also 2013 Unipol Garden Award ' most improved' (Winner). This year we were Winners again of Household of the year award in the 2014 Landlord Awards and runners up in the Small landlord of the year 2014 category and also the Safer Leeds award 2014.
