We are local landlords and there are no agency fees or any other additional fees. Deposits (£250) are held with the government approved Deposit Protection Scheme. Rent includes bills (gas, electricity, water, Virgin Media TV/Internet package, TV licence). Rooms (5 doubles and 2 singles) are £76-93pw during the term-time contract which is for 44 weeks (10 months) from 8th September 2018 to 13th July 2019. The start date can be a earlier (anytime from 25th August) if required at a reduced summer rate. 4 second year students have reserved rooms from September (2 girls and 2 boys) and there are 3 rooms available (2 very large doubles at £93pw and 1 small single at £76pw). "Since I didn't actually view the property before booking a room, I realised I was taking a massive chance. However I was pleasantly surprised. The property completely suprassed my expectations and Elizabeth (the landlady) went out of her way to ensure I felt welcomed and was content with my new surroundings. The property was in brilliant condition already, and Malcolm and Elizabeth continuously checked in with us to ensure we were happy. I thoroughly recommend renting at 34 as the house is modern and spacious and also because the landlady and landlord are incredibly helpful. "

"while I lived here for summer, I thoroughly enjoyed myself. The landlords are extremely friendly, quick and efficient if you have issues such as locking yourself out of your room, and generally lovely people to get along with. The house itself is much bigger than expected, plenty of room and extremely well maintained. It is in a brilliant and convenient location, just 2 minutes walk from Mutley, and 10 minutes walk from the city centre and university. Quiet surrounding area and just down the road is Central Park. I highly recommend this house and am very thankful to the landlords."
