"Bill is a wonderful landlord overall, his response to emails is always timely and always to the point. Whenever a maintenance issue arose, Bill was fast to respond with a plan of action and kept us up to date on any developments. Towards the end of our tenancy bill was very clear as to what he desired of us to give us the full deposit back, which was completed within a few days of request. Compared to previous student landlords/Agencies Bills communication sets him far above the others and his desired to provide a good standard of living for the students in his homes is second to none that we had experienced previously."

William was very accommodating and responsive to our needs and always kept me and my housemate informed of any works or visits in advance. The house itself was great; comfortable, spacious and homely. As mentioned, William always responds promptly and endeavours to sort any issues of which we had very few due to him always ensuring the house and it's contents were of a good standard. I would certainly recommend Mr Booth as a landlord and have been a very happy tenant."

"Bill is a reliable and friendly landlord with well maintained property. 15A Bayswater is a small yet cosy flat, ideal for a couple or one person. The lowered ceilings and extra insulation mean the flat stays nice and warm during the winter. Great location as well, close to town and Uni. "
