Crown Mews is a purpose-built, dedicated student accommodation site of 4 houses, developed in 2013. The properties provide all the benefits of secure student accommodation yet the extra independence of living in a shared house. Priority will be given to second and third year students who have previously resided at University Court.
Each house consists of 6 en-suite bedrooms, each with a kitchen-diner fully equipped with a range of kitchen units and appliances (including cooker, fridge, freezer and microwave) and table and chairs, a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer (free to use), a furnished lounge and bike storage.
Each bedroom offers:

The houses have secure access to the front and rear via a key pad gate . The back door of each house opens onto landscaped communal gardens.
Crown Mews is covered by CCTV and a 24 hour emergency call out is in operation.
Limited residents only car parking is available on the site for less than £1 per day.
Please indicate on the application form if you have any specific access needs or wish to specify which other students you wish to house-share with*.
Crown Mews is conveniently located for access to University Centres Park Crescent Campus, by foot, cycle or bus, and also to the City Centre. A short walk picks up the Citi1 bus route, along Lincoln Road to the City Centre, or the Citi2 bus route, along Fulbridge Road, which passes the end of Park Crescent (UCP). Both bus journeys are less than 10 minutes, with frequent buses on these major routes.
The local area includes a number of shops and takeaway food outlets, The Crown Pub and the nearby Maskew Avenue and Brotherhoods retail parks – which provide shopping and part-time employment opportunities.
43 Week Contract: £90 per week
51 Week Contract: £83 per week
We offer two flexible payment terms:
1. Pay for the full year and receive 2.5% discount.
(£200 to be paid on submission of the application booklet and balance to be paid by 1 September 2013.)
2. Payment in three instalments over the year.
(£200 to be paid on submission of the application booklet followed by payments by 1 September 2013, 1 February 2014 and 1 April 2014 – see application form for details.)
Rates are payable on a 51 or 43 week Contract period inclusive of utility bills and wi-fi*.
