I thoroughly enjoyed my time living here. The location is excellent, with easy access to all the bus routes you need for university and town. Charminster High Street offers a fantastic range of amenities, from diverse takeaways to convenient shops and barbers. The property itself was well-maintained, and whenever any issues arose, the landlord was quick to respond and incredibly helpful. The living space was quite spacious and well-equipped, and the garden was a lovely retreat during the summer months. Overall, it was a wonderful place to call home.

While the house is situated quite far away from the university (30 minute walk) we didn’t mind as it was nice to get some steps in. If we were ever late there are bus stops just a 2 minute walk away that will take you to uni anyway so it’s not an issue if you get a bus pass! There’s a Tesco Express which is a 5 minute walk down the road which you can get pretty much everything you need from, and a corner shop around the corner (about 1 min walk) for any quick essentials (milk, bread etc.). The property itself is incredible! It is very well maintained as Graham does regular work to update and keep the house in order. There are 3 toilets which is amazing (especially when you’re hosting drinks) and the kitchen/ utility room are big and spacious, with lots of cupboard space and work tops. Living room is big and comfy and all bedrooms are spacious and well kept! Graham is an incredible landlord, always very understanding and fair and willing to help with any issues we had however small they were! I cannot recommend this property more highly! It is an absolute steal and the best uni house I’ve ever seen!
