This fully furnished 2 bedroom ground floor flat is finished to a very high standard and is very well proportioned. Both bedrooms are large double rooms with full ensuite shower rooms. The flat has a large separate lounge, well equipped kitchen and a separate utility room with additional WC. The neighbourhood is a mix of privately owned and rental properties with a mix of student and non-student rentals. This flat is ideally located, within easy walking of the city centre, Plymouth University and Plymouth College of Art. Grocery stores including Tesco, Sainsburys and Aldi are within easy reach and for smaller shops Coop late stores are within 5 minutes walk. We look for full groups to occupy this flat but for comparison purposes the prices are listed per room and based on single occupancy. Rooms can be shared on occasion prices available on request. All bills are included + free WiFi We charge NO FEES and only ask for a low £300 deposit per person which is DPS protected and returnable at the end of the tenancy subject to fulfilment of contract. Preference will be given to 'full' groups that match the available rooms within a property, however 'Joint' or 'Individual' tenancy agreements available. All tenants must provide a suitable UK based guarantor who will be professionally referenced by an independent referencing agency of our choice (including credit checks, affordability checks, work reference and landlord references where applicable). On street parking is available with an annual permit which can be applied for directly with Plymouth City Council at a cost of £30 annually (price checked October 2020).
The landlord/letting agent would like to let this property as a whole. Most commonly to be offered on a joint tenancy agreement though some landlords may be able to offer individual tenancy agreements. However the landlord is also happy to be contacted by individual students that are not yet part of a group.
