A room in a lovely 8 room house central to leamington spa with brilliant transport links to the Warwick University campus, unfortunately I have decided not to continue at the university of Warwick so this room has opened up but I assure you the other housemates are lovely, tidy and social people. The house is central to many pubs, restaurants and shops and five minutes from a bus stop giving a direct route to campus, the house is also within walking distance from leamington spa Railway station. The room is furnished with a single bed, a desk, a desk chair, a small chest of draws and a wardrobe. Rent is £470 a month and bills are £27. Please let me know if you are interesting in the room
