Cheviot Street is a quiet residential street (no through road) within a stones throw of local amenities including a supermarket, good for eating out (lots of places and pubs!!) takeaways, deli, spar shop and a gym. The property has five generous bedrooms which are fitted with new double beds and one king size bed plus all rooms have their own lock and key. The kitchen is modern with integrated appliances incl. a gas top (for instant heat!) 7kg washing machine and a 7kg condensing tumble dryer. Separate spacious living room with stylish wood flooring and matching fabric suite, flat screen TV, modern Ikea table and chairs also provided for dining. All bedrooms are a good size and have double beds, pine furniture and a TV point. The bathroom has a modern white suite and has a deep bath and shower over. There is also a secure yard to the rear with room to hang washing and a large outhouse for bicycles. We are a friendly family run Business who have been renting out Student houses for nearly 20 years. All our properties are managed by ourselves so you will get a personalised service from Matthew and Kathryn throughout your stay. We want you to feel safe, secure and happy in our shared houses.
