It’s also just a 20 minute walk to town. The living space flows beautifully here, from the living room, through the dining area to the kitchen and out onto the huge patio. We suspect you’ll find yourselves spending quite a lot of your time on dinner parties, wine tasting, film nights and BBQs (*complying with all guidelines in place from time to time!) Lucky then that the Co-Op is a minute away and Waitrose about seven minutes on foot. Mind you, the study bedrooms all come with great work space too, so there’s really no excuse for not doing that dissertation on time… There are no bills to pay in a Gingerbread Home… the rent includes the gas, water, electricity, 350MB broadband, TV licence and even an end of tenancy clean. We guarantee the WiFi coverage too - if it isn't good enough in your room we'll upgrade the system until it is. We don't normally take tenancy deposits.
