We have been members of Unipol code of standard for the past 20 years (also Unipol Golden Owner status), LCC accreditation scheme, the RLA & Leeds Property Association. At LS6 Rentals, we are available during normal office hours over the telephone and try to respond to emails the same day - where possible. Having gone through the student and letting process ourselves we have experience from the tenant's perspective and offer help & support when required. We do not charge signing fees and the tenancy deposits are secured with TDS scheme through Unipol.
