Some houses are specifically for undergraduates and the others specifically for postgraduates. The development is approximately a 10/15 minutes walk from Nottingham City Centre and just off the Alfreton Road so on all major transport links and only a 10 minute walk to NTU City Campus, 15 minutes to UoN Jubilee and 25 minutes to UoN University Park. Also, our properties come complete with all self catered equipment, such as kettle, toaster, microwave, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, ironing board, Tv etc... You just need your own bedding & towels. The tenancy length is a minimum of 46 weeks, some properties will be available in August and others available in September. The landlord/letting agent would like to let this property as a whole. Most commonly to be offered on a joint tenancy agreement though some landlords may be able to offer individual tenancy agreements. However the landlord is also happy to be contacted by individual students that are not yet part of a group.
