Space is a brand-new development of self-contained luxury accommodation designed for students in St Andrews, Fife. Offering a range of studios and 2-, 3- & 4-bedroom apartments, you can now reserve your own SPACE for September 2024. Our studios & apartments have been designed for a modern student lifestyle. With six different SPACES available to choose from, we offer complete flexibility and a blank canvas to “take up space” however you choose. Our studios & apartments are suitable for both undergraduates and Postgraduates. Our studios are 21.5m2 with ceiling-to-floor windows and come complete with beautiful ensuite bathrooms with waterfall showers, comfortable small double beds with hotel-style mattresses, and an abundance of wardrobe and storage space. The studio kitchen comes complete with a full oven induction hob and under-counter fridge freezer. The studio even has a separate lounge and study area with a Sofa, table and chair, SMART TV, and a large desk for your studies. Our shared apartments have large ensuite bedrooms that are 21.5m2, with ceiling-to-floor windows and come complete with beautiful ensuite bathrooms with waterfall showers, comfortable king-size double beds with hotel-style mattresses, and an abundance of wardrobe and storage space. The shared kitchen and living dining rooms also have ceiling-to-floor windows some with dual aspects and others that lead to a private covered outside terrace garden with seating, WIFI and lighting. The kitchen is spacious and fully stocked, we even supply a coffee machine, there is a full-size dining table and in the living area, we have sofas, a table, and a SMART TV. We also offer flexibility for those students who have visa or medical considerations, and in addition, we will support you with finding replacement tenants if required.
