Tessa Shepperson, Managing Director of Landlord Law presented at the most
recent AFS webinar. Tessa focused on three challenges for 2022 and beyond;

- HMO’s and rent repayment orders
- Energy Efficiency
During the session Tessa outlines these challenges and potential solutions
to them. Looking ahead, Tessa also identifies further potential issues,
with planned changes to EPC and fixed tenancy agreements in the UK.
