Energy bills and Student Accommodation
The AFS team were delighted to welcome Casey Hoggarth to present the at our
last webinar of the year.
Casey gave an overview of the current energy market and highlighted how
current conditions were impacting landlords and tenants. During the session
Casey offered some thoughts on the long-term direction of the market and
timescales for returning to ‘normality’

Fused
AFS have partnered with Fused to provide a Bills Optional package. This is
different to standard Bills Inclusive packages as there is zero risk in
offering this package. Once activated on your property advert, students can
choose to have the bills package and then contract directly with Fused. Fused then split the energy bills
equally between housemates, so the student gets the benefits of bills
inclusive, without the landlord incurring any risk.
