Accommodation is offered on the Colchester Campus and Southend Campus and specific accommodation include The Towers, South Courts and The Houses. Prices range from £102-£188 per week on the Colchester Campus and accommodation is guaranteed for all first year students.

The Student union offers an SU bar, Top Bar, The Kitchen and shops as well as Cine10, their very own cinema and confidential advice at SU Advice. At Colchester Campus, there are 165 sports clubs and societies. Sports clubs can be found here and societies here.
