Amelia was absolutely excellent when showing us around the student accommodation. The booking process for the viewing was incredibly easy, with great flexibility in choosing a time that suited us. It made arranging the visit completely stress-free, which we really appreciated. During the tour itself, Amelia was friendly, professional, and extremely informative. She walked us through all aspects of the accommodation, taking the time to explain the rooms, communal areas, facilities, and security. She also gave us a really helpful insight into how the application process works, what to expect as a student living there, and the wider student life experience.
