Dominick Place is our brand-new student accommodation opening for 2019 students. The student residence will be home to 320 students in either en-suite bedrooms or studios, with a LUAS stop just outside for great access to DCU, DIT, Trinity College and RCS! You will also be right in the heart of Dublin and close to all of the shops, museums, pubs and bars. Your rent will cover: • All bills • High-speed broadband and WiFi • Maintenance (we’ll make sure anything broken gets fixed nice and quickly) • Somewhere safe to store your bike • Secure post and parcel storage • Outdoor areas (take your studies outside when the summer comes) • And of course, our friendly Uninest team will be there to help whenever you need them. • Social spaces (Cinema room, Study room, Common room and on-site Gym) Please note all images used are CGIs.
