A bit about us: I have 2 degrees and have just retired from running a self employed agronomy consultancy for 30 years. Rick my partner was an officer in the Forces for 30 years too until he too retired 3 years ago. We have 2 children India aged 15 and Isadora aged 8.  We live just outside Oakham an hours drive to the south of Lincoln. We love doing student lettings and get on well with our tenants aiming to give them a great place to live during some of the best years of their lives.
