Lovely student house with really generous sized communal living areas: a large open new kitchen, fully equipped, and with a good sized dining area with table and chairs.  There is a connected but separate sitting room with TV and sofas.  Out of the kitchen is a large sunny, safe garden.   There are four good sized bedrooms with new double beds plus a spare room/office. The house is really homely as it has been refurbished with fully insulated walls.
