Bryce properties have been successfully letting quality accommodation to both the student and professional sector since 1998. All the properties we deal with are owned and managed by ourselves; we do not use agents or manage any other properties. We do not take deposits for our student tenancies. With that in mind, all we ask for in return is for you to treat the property you live in with respect and of course, pay your rent! We now take a £100 holding fee to secure the property. This Holding Fee is then deducted from the total rent payable and removed from the final terms scheduled payment. You will find that our student accommodation is all in very close proximity to Plymouth University and the Art School. Some properties come with off-road parking and all have bicycle storage facilities. Our accommodation is popular with Plymouth University, University of Marjon and The Art School.

24 Deptford Place is in a really nice location, with it being right across the road from the reservoir you can get to the university in a matter of minutes with a more scenic walk through the reservoir. You’ve also got some restaurants and a 24/7 Spar right on the doorstep and the Bryce office just a minute down the road so if you have an queries or problems you can go and see them directly. They’re also really easily contactable by phone or email as well. The staff at Bryce are really lovely, welcoming, and helpful, and always got issues sorted for us as quick as possible. I stayed with them and at 24 Deptford Place until I graduated because I thought they were so good to us in our second year. The property itself is great, there’s enough bathrooms to keep 8 people happy, a really nice big communal living room that’s really great to hang out together in and the bedrooms are a really good size. It’s very homely, and was just a big part of my university experience and I really loved living there. The house had a great atmosphere, and the bedrooms are a good distance away for the type of groups that like to pop next door to your mates room for a chat. There is enough space to spend time together but also have time to yourself. It’s also got a lovely little outdoor space and some double doors so you can also chill out there too. The kitchen is a good size, enough space for 8 people to share with two ovens so more than one person can cook and use the kitchen at the same time. And the house is generally really affordable too. 24 Deptford place is perfect for a big group of close knit friends or a group who don’t quite know each other as well.
