    We loved living at park road - Luke was a very attentive landlord and the property was perfect for students. The rooms were so spacious and the garden was perfect for hosting. We even built a bar in the shed and held cocktail nights for friends. When any issues arose Luke and his family were prompt in sorting them. I cannot recommend him and the property enough.

    This was my second year with this landlord having had a good experience at Elmside. Me and my housemates all needed to get to both campuses throughout the year and this location was about as in the middle as you can get between the two, maybe 15 mins to St Luke's and 20 to Streatham. Only a 2-3 min walk to Henry's and a handy corner shop on the corner of the street! Bedrooms were great size, kitchen was slightly on the small side for 6 people but was honestly easy to coordinate cooking times and was manageable even with 4 people cooking at a time. Garden was a big plus with a cool shed at the back for warmer nights. Landlord was quick to arrive when there were house issues. Had a great time here, thanks!
