Fully furnished, this is an attractive, modern and well-maintained house with gardens to front and rear and off road parking. It is very popular with students. There is a large separate lounge leading through double doors to a large kitchen diner complete with dining table. The kitchen has a bar stool central island. Immaculately maintained, the house is ideal for students who wish to live with friends in their own house with garden – those who like the independence of running their own home but also of being close enough to access all University facilities both academic and social. There are good transport links covering the short distance to both the University and local supermarket. We are experienced landlords and aim to provide a reliable, prompt but unobtrusive service. We have excellent feedback from our tenants regarding the house and our management. The three student bedrooms are well-appointed: two double sized bedrooms and one single bedroom with a large built in cupboard facility. Our preferred option is for students to rent the house as a group under an assured short hold tenancy agreement but we are happy to take enquiries from individuals who may wish to join others to form such a group. We are members of the Residential Landlord's Association which keeps us informed as to current good practice for landlords.

The landlord/letting agent would like to let this property as a whole. Most commonly to be offered on a joint tenancy agreement though some landlords may be able to offer individual tenancy agreements.
