This is a large fully furnished 5 bed property - an attractive, modern and well-maintained house on a large plot with gardens to the front, rear and side of the house. The house is ideal for students who wish to live with friends in their own house with garden – those who like the independence of running their own home but also of being close enough to the University to access all University facilities both academic and social. The property is close enough for students to walk or cycle to the University and local supermarket - there are also good transport links. With a stylish open plan lounge and kitchen, upstairs bathroom and separate downstairs shower room this is a comfortable home for five students. The five student bedrooms are well-appointed: four double sized bedroom with double beds, one with walk in wardrobe; one single bedroom with built in wardrobe. Our preferred option is for students to rent the house as a group under an assured short hold tenancy agreement but we are happy to take enquiries from individuals who may wish to join others to form such a group. We are experienced landlords and aim to provide a reliable, prompt but unobtrusive service. We have excellent feedback from our tenants regarding the property and our management.
