This spacious Victorian property has been extensively refurbished in recent years.  The kitchen has been extended and fully refitted to create a lovely bright and modern area.  At the same time the combi boiler was replaced and a downstairs toilet and cloakroom were created.  In addition, the house has been re-roofed, fully redecorated and re-carpeted.  

The house is fully double glazed and centrally heated and has a burglar alarm and rear security lighting.  A 40" HD TV is provided in the sitting room along with plenty of cosy settees.  All electrical items are PAT tested annually.  

Each bedroom is well equipped and comfortable.  Only good quality mattresses are provided and these are changed every couple of years.  Plenty of storage is provided with each room having a wardrobe, drawers and shelving.  A comfortable office chair is provided with each desk.  Each room has its own thermostatic radiator valve and desk lamp.  All rooms are lockable.

The house has a great location in West Bridgford, less than a 5 minutes walk from Trent Bridge, where regular buses can be caught to Nottingham City Centre and Clifton.  The shops, bars and restaurants of West Bridgford are also within a 5 minute walk.
